Buyer

What you'll do

• Manage purchase orders, monitor and expedite deliveries, and resolve material or supplier issues.
• Maintain procurement records in Epicor and coordinate purchasing with project, warehouse, proposal, and accounts payable teams.
• Manage supplier relationships, blanket orders, and contract agreements, including pricing and renewals.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (listed as preferred in the posting).
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Manufacturing or project-based experience; vendor management, supply chain best practices, or familiarity with NCR processes.
