About the job
Leads the day-to-day operation and development of Crest’s enterprise risk management program, including its risk register, reporting cycles, mitigation tracking, and leadership materials.
What you'll do
- Coordinate risk assessments, meetings, data collection, follow-up, and mitigation tracking across business units.
- Maintain the enterprise risk register, ERM calendar, tools, templates, documentation, and training resources.
- Prepare executive, Steering Committee, and Board reporting; develop dashboards, metrics, and process improvements.

- Experience owning or managing an ERM program, enterprise governance process, or comparable cross-functional risk program with recurring executive deliverables.
