Leads quality control operations and technicians to ensure galvanized products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee inspections, approve final product quality, maintain procedures and documentation, and manage nonconformances and corrective actions.
- Lead and train QC Technicians and oversee quality checks throughout the galvanizing process, including chemical analysis of pre-processing tanks.
- Support customer and third-party audits, resolve cross-facility quality issues, and implement improvements to reduce rework and touch-ups.
