Partner with Fortune 500 customers to implement Cresta’s AI products, increase adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Guide customers on product use and directly support prompt design, workflow setup, and rule configuration.
- Consult with customer stakeholders on goals, workflows, process change, and practical solutions; identify and implement ways to improve performance and expand use cases.
- Own account health across a portfolio, including renewals, risk awareness, business reviews, and project progress.
