Leads and develops enterprise AI Success Managers to drive customer adoption, measurable outcomes, retention, and expansion across complex accounts.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop the AI Success team; establish its operating rhythm, training, and performance standards.
- Guide customer strategy and adoption, including success plans, product use, workflow change, renewals, and expansion.
- Set and monitor success metrics, improve team operations, and align with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services.
