Leads end-to-end AI transformation deployments and value realization for Cresta’s largest strategic enterprise customers, coordinating customer executives and cross-functional delivery teams.
What you'll do
- Direct multi-phase enterprise AI transformation programs and ensure business outcomes across business units and geographies.
- Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor, guiding customer leaders on platform adoption and ROI.
- Lead matrixed implementation teams and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver programs and support customer growth.
