Senior Full Stack Engineer - Conversation Intelligence

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features, including visual editors and UI components for configuring conversation workflows.
• Build backend services, APIs, data models, and storage layers; improve performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and ML teams to make conversation intelligence accessible and configurable.

What they ask for

• Proven full-stack engineering experience with strong frontend and backend contributions to no-code or low-code platforms.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript, and patterns for building complex UIs.
• Backend expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages, with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong foundation in database systems and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with managing state, execution logic, or visual programming paradigms.

AI focus

Build post-call conversation intelligence and coaching systems using LLMs and advanced AI techniques; work with ML engineers to expose AI-generated insights through configurable workflows.
