Build and maintain backend systems for agent-assist integrations and authentication, supporting real-time conversation services and enterprise customer integrations.
What you'll do
- Architect systems for real-time conversation state, context propagation, and session lifecycle; maintain high availability, low latency, and observability.
- Develop agent-assist integrations for chat and email, and address customer issues affecting integrations, user experience, or performance.
- Contribute to authentication and security engineering, including technical ownership of part of the authentication stack and enterprise security practices.
