Build and manage scalable HR operations, systems, policies, and compliance processes for CrewAI’s distributed workforce.
What you'll do
- Own HRIS administration, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Design and manage onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, employee handbook content, and leave processes.
- Maintain employment-law compliance and provide people data, reporting, and process improvements to leadership.
