Leads Cribl’s corporate events strategy and team, overseeing flagship company events, a global tradeshow program, and the associated budget and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 4–5; set strategy and execution for CriblCon, Company Kickoff, President’s Club, and 12–14 annual global tradeshows.
- Own a multi-million-dollar events budget, including forecasting, reporting, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Partner with executives and cross-functional teams; establish event processes and report on attendance, pipeline/revenue influence, employee engagement, and budget performance.
