Own and operate Cribl’s corporate identity, endpoint, cloud, service management, and automation systems, maintaining their security, reliability, and scalability.
What you'll do
- Administer identity and access, AWS infrastructure, endpoint management, and ServiceNow; build lifecycle and IT automation workflows.
- Govern AI tools and MCP-based agents with IT and Security, including access controls, safe-use practices, documentation, and runbooks.
- Handle Tier 3 escalations and on-call duties; support IT controls, access reviews, change management, and operational reporting.
