Develops and improves the models, data systems, and evaluation processes behind Crosby’s AI-driven legal platform.
What you'll do
- Build model metrics, benchmarks, and experimentation frameworks; evaluate and improve performance.
- Set data strategy with legal and product teams, including labeling schemas, dataset curation, and data pipelines.
- Help deploy, monitor, and iterate on production models using real-world feedback.
