Leads full-cycle recruiting for Crosby’s Sales and Operations teams, partnering with GTM leaders to define hiring needs, assess candidates, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting across GTM roles, from sourcing through closing.
- Partner with hiring managers on role definitions, hiring plans, and performance-focused interview processes.
- Represent Crosby to candidates and provide a thoughtful, transparent recruiting experience.
