Leads FP&A and finance-function transformation for private equity portfolio companies, with a focus on government contracting, including planning, indirect rates, compliance-aligned reporting, and team and client development.
What you'll do
- Lead GovCon financial planning, wrap-rate processes, indirect-rate strategy, contract pricing support, and DCAA-aligned reporting.
- Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, KPI reporting, and cash-flow and covenant analyses for portfolio companies.
- Build client relationships, support business development, and mentor project teams; help implement firm-approved AI-enabled solutions.

- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and operationalizing wrap rates and indirect-rate structures for government contractors.
