What you'll do
- Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, and cash flow analysis; oversee report quality and deal-focused conclusions.
- Manage multiple engagement teams, client relationships, engagement scope and economics, and development of junior staff.
- Support business development and internal initiatives, and implement firm-approved technology-enabled and AI-supported approaches.
What they ask for
- 8+ years of professional experience in audit and/or financial due diligence, preferably within a Big 4 or comparable professional services firm.
- Minimum of 6+ years of current Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience, with direct ownership of buy-side and sell-side engagements.
- Experience issuing Quality of Earnings reports and strong knowledge of Adjusted EBITDA, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, GAAP, and financial statement analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with flexibility for in-person collaboration as business needs dictate.
