What you'll do
- Lead FP&A project delivery, including board-ready reporting, budgets, forecasts, lender models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
- Manage sponsor relationships, origination and account growth; oversee concurrent teams and develop service offerings and talent.
- Apply firm-approved AI tools and identify compliant ways to improve client solutions and internal processes.
