Leads FP&A consulting engagements for private equity portfolio companies, helping strengthen finance functions and drive value creation while developing the practice and its people.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee FP&A engagements, including scope, staffing, client communication, delivery, and quality control.
- Advise portfolio companies on forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, KPIs, and finance-function effectiveness.
- Develop the practice through business development, reusable delivery methods, team leadership, and compliant AI-enabled solutions.

- 10+ years of senior FP&A and/or consulting experience, with significant exposure to middle-market Private Equity owned businesses.
- Experience with the Private Equity consulting environment and relationships between sponsors and portfolio companies.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow, debt structures and covenant reporting, value creation plans, and exit and diligence processes.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and experience optimizing finance functions.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, or Python.
