Leads CrossCountry’s first PMO and owns the Kantata platform, improving professional-services delivery standards, user experience, data quality, reporting, and revenue oversight.
What you'll do
- Establish PMO governance and delivery standards, coach Engagement Owners, and monitor delivery risks and KPIs.
- Own Kantata’s roadmap, workflows, adoption, integrations, business rules, and user support.
- Partner with Finance and firm leaders on forecasts, revenue recognition, dashboards, data hygiene, and acquisition-related changes.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years in professional services operations, finance, business systems, or delivery leadership, including 4+ years leading teams and cross-functional programs.
- Project management expertise leading a PMO, delivery function, or large engagement portfolios, including earned value and ETC/EAC methods.
- Hands-on Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) experience and command of professional-services economics, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, utilization, ABR, standard cost, margin, and GL structures.
