Manager – Accounting Advisory (Operational Accounting/Controller)

What you'll do

• Lead accounting close, reconciliation, financial reporting, compliance, and process-improvement work for clients.
• Advise on AI and automation, ERP implementations, finance transformations, and related accounting system integrations.
• Manage client relationships and project delivery, and coach and develop team members.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience spanning advisory, technical accounting, and/or controllership functions with commercial organizations or PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Prior experience in professional services, such as public accounting, an advisory firm, or a management consulting firm.
• Strong operational and technical accounting background, including researching complex accounting issues and implementing accounting policies.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Software/SaaS, Healthcare, or other B2B industries; CPA or CA certification.
• Transaction-related accounting experience, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, spin-offs, or IPOs.

Pay

$98,000 - $206,000 per year (base salary)
