About the job
Performs financial due diligence for private equity and other M&A clients, analyzing financial performance and risks and presenting findings to support transaction decisions.
What you'll do
- Conduct buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including Quality of Earnings, working capital, cash flow, and financial metric analyses.
- Prepare client deliverables and collaborate with client executives and internal teams to gather data and communicate insights.
- Mentor junior team members and help develop compliant, firm-approved AI-enabled solutions.
