- Lead IPO working groups and manage IPO readiness, milestones, execution, and filing in collaboration with clients and external advisors.
- Draft financial sections of registration statements and support compliance, technical accounting, and responses to SEC comments.
- Develop teams and client relationships, grow the practice, and help implement firm-approved AI-enabled solutions.
