About the job
Conduct financial due diligence for private equity and other M&A transactions, analyzing financial performance and risks and presenting findings to clients.
What you'll do
- Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including Quality of Earnings, working capital, cash flow, and financial metrics analysis.
- Review financial statements and prepare client deliverables using detailed Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior team members.
