About the job
Provides real-time incident detection and response for customers, including investigation, containment, remediation, and customer communications.
What you'll do
- Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux; perform basic malware analysis.
- Improve incident detection processes and execute countermeasures and remediation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customer management and contribute public thought leadership.
