Plans, deploys, configures, optimizes, and supports the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications for customers.
What you'll do
- Implement, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize the Falcon platform and associated applications, including integrations and deployment solutions.
- Plan customer projects and work with customer IT teams to support deployments, vulnerability and asset management, and incident response or compromise assessment teams.
- Develop customer-facing materials and lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
