What you'll do
- Support company-wide employee experience initiatives across listening, onboarding, recognition, wellbeing, and connection.
- Analyze engagement survey feedback and prepare reporting to inform program improvements and leadership decisions.
- Coordinate employee communications, vendors, purchase orders, and AI-enabled task automation.
