About the job
Supports customers using Falcon Intel Recon by interpreting cyber threat intelligence findings, escalating noteworthy results, and relaying customer feedback to internal teams.
What you'll do
- Manage customer relationships and guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings.
- Triage and escalate noteworthy findings to customers.
- Share customer feedback and feature requests with Intelligence and Engineering teams.
