What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop instructors while leading delivery of technical training offerings.
- Oversee training operations, including scheduling, budgets, reporting, metrics, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with sales and stakeholders on customer engagements and training content; contribute to course design and revision.
