A strategic customer-facing consultant who helps retainer customers improve cybersecurity preparedness and get value from CrowdStrike Services.
What you'll do
- Manage strategic customer relationships, account reviews, success plans, and service scoping.
- Educate customers and coordinate with Sales and Delivery to align customer needs with service capabilities.
- Support account expansion and contribute to program improvements and best practices.
