Software Engineering Manager-Continuous Identity

What you'll do

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a backend engineering team while managing delivery and performance.
• Guide architecture and hands-on development of low-latency distributed systems, spending approximately 20–30% of time prototyping and coding.
• Establish engineering practices and oversee reliability, SLOs, incident response, and cross-functional planning.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years leading backend cloud engineering teams.
• Hands-on coding ability in Go, Python, or Java; Go preferred.
• Proven success building and scaling cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience operating production services in cloud environments, including on-call and incident response.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, Zero Trust, ITDR, PAM, identity protocols, or identity-based threat mitigation.
• Experience with Shared Signals Framework, non-human identities, graph databases, stream processing, or ML-based behavioral analytics.

Pay

$140,000 - $215,000 per year (base salary)
