About the job
Leads product strategy and delivery for the internal platforms that support Falcon Complete’s managed detection and response operations.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for AI-native investigation and triage tools, ticketing and case management, and the analyst workbench.
- Translate analyst and operations workflows into product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver improvements.
- Apply AI and automation, and track impact on analyst productivity, response times, and customer outcomes.
