What you'll do

  • Analyze and reverse engineer observed exploits; develop tools, tracking systems, and signatures for detection and hunting.
  • Produce threat intelligence reports and briefings with actionable mitigation and detection guidance.
  • Collaborate across teams on adversary tracking, attribution, and exploit mitigation.

What they ask for

  • Proficiency in exploitation techniques for userspace and kernel-level vulnerabilities, and knowledge of common network service exploitation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of at least two operating system platforms, including Microsoft Windows; familiarity with standard web-based exploitation vectors.
  • Profound knowledge of reverse engineering tools and processes; knowledge of programming and scripting languages, in particular Python.
  • Ability to leverage LLMs and AI-assisted tools while independently validating findings; proven experience using AI technologies to improve work outcomes; excellent writing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in attribution and intelligence analysis or intelligence writing.
  • Experience writing Snort and YARA signatures.

Pay

$85,000 - $120,000 per year (base salary; USD)

Tools

Python, LLMs, Snort, YARA, Microsoft Windows

AI focus
