About the job
Maintains and monitors Crusoe Cloud modular data centers, troubleshooting critical infrastructure, servers, and networks to keep operations reliable and efficient.
What you'll do
- Monitor data center operations and HVAC; perform preventive maintenance and coordinate contractors.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fiber-network, and server hardware issues.
- Document maintenance procedures and participate in on-call emergency response.
What they ask for
- Proficient knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, and data center electrical and mechanical systems.
- Understanding of listed critical infrastructure, including transformers, PLCs, generators, switchgear, UPS, STS, ATS, PDUs, chilled water, and fire suppression systems.
- Experience with data trending and analysis, and ability to learn and use EPMS/BMS monitoring systems.
- Expert knowledge of industrial safety practices, including LOTO, NFPA 70E Arc Flash protection, and OSHA regulations.
Nice to have
- Mission-critical environment experience, such as data centers, hospitals, or power plants.
- CompTIA Network+, BICSI, specialized electrical/HVAC licenses, or industrial control systems and PLC programming experience.
Pay
up to $90,000 - $100,000 USD + Bonus (base salary; bonus amount unspecified)
