What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 8+ across manufacturing sites and partner with manufacturing leadership on financial decisions.
- Own standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and manufacturing reporting.
- Oversee manufacturing ERP modules, controls, audit readiness, and scalable process improvements.
