About the job
Leads accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting for Crusoe’s multi-site manufacturing business, building the team, controls, and systems needed to support production growth.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 8+ and partner with manufacturing leadership on financial performance and operational decisions.
- Own cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and product/program cost and margin modeling.
- Oversee close, reporting, budgeting, US GAAP compliance, controls, audits, and manufacturing ERP systems and process improvements.
