Builds and standardizes logistics, inventory, spares, and asset-tracking operations across Crusoe Cloud data center sites worldwide.
What you'll do
- Set shared logistics processes, tools, and standards for site coordinators, and govern site parts depots and spares.
- Maintain asset-tracking standards, inventory accuracy, audits, documentation, KPIs, and reporting across sites.
- Coordinate with factory logistics and supply-chain teams, support new-site launches, and travel to sites to assess operations.

- Experience designing or running logistics, inventory, or asset-management programs across multiple sites or facilities.
- Experience in data center, manufacturing, warehouse, or supply-chain operations.
- Experience building processes from scratch in a fast-growing or scaling environment.
- Comfort influencing and setting standards in a dotted-line or matrixed structure; strong process orientation and willingness to travel regularly to global sites.

Pay
up to $160,000 -$195,000 USD base salary + Bonus; Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers
