Ensures assigned production schedules are materially feasible by running MRP, maintaining clear-to-build status, managing shortages, and coordinating supplier forecasts and commitments.
What you'll do
- Run MRP and net material requirements against inventory, orders, and in-transit supply; maintain clear-to-build coverage.
- Identify and escalate shortages, track mitigations, and manage supplier forecasts and delivery or capacity commitments.
- Maintain ERP planning parameters and inventory accuracy, and represent material constraints in monthly S&OP reconciliations.
