Maintains and repairs manufacturing and facility equipment to minimize downtime, support production-facility installations, and establish preventive maintenance systems.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues across manufacturing equipment, PLCs, and facility utility systems.
- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance, inspections, work instructions, and reliability improvements using a CMMS.
- Coordinate equipment installations and upgrades while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, including the LOTO program.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of experience with high- and low-voltage electrical systems in manufacturing; 10+ years preferred.
- In-depth understanding of relevant electrical codes and skill using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience with Lockout/Tagout procedures and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; pass a background check and participate in the drug and alcohol program.
Nice to have
- Experience with a CMMS, preferably UpKeep.
- Experience in carpentry, HVAC, or plumbing, or partnering with production and scheduling departments.
