What you'll do
- Manage background-check and drug/alcohol-testing vendors and orchestrate screening, resolving exceptions that could delay start dates.
- Administer drug and alcohol testing programs, including DOT and non-DOT populations, and partner on compliance and adjudication.
- Document and improve end-to-end processes, handoffs, training, and reporting across Recruiting, People Operations, and Onboarding.
