Serves as an internal organizational development consultant, diagnosing organizational needs and designing scalable interventions to improve effectiveness, leadership, and team alignment as Crusoe grows.
What you'll do
- Diagnose organizational health and support organization design, operating models, decision frameworks, and change initiatives.
- Translate talent, engagement, and operational data into development programs, targeted interventions, and action plans.
- Facilitate leadership sessions and team workshops, advise executives, and develop the enterprise coaching strategy and manager resources.
