Leads Crusoe’s centralized analytics and data science function, building its team, standards, certified data models, and decision support across business units.
What you'll do
- Set the team’s operating model, hire and develop analysts and data scientists, and align work with business priorities.
- Own certified data marts, metric definitions, business-rule testing, and executive and cross-business reporting.
- Guide rigorous forecasting, experimentation, and statistical analysis, and provide recommendations on high-stakes decisions.
