Owns company-wide headcount and operating expense planning, forecasting, budgeting, actuals reporting, and business partnering.
What you'll do
- Manage headcount plans and rolling forecasts with People and department leaders.
- Lead OpEx budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and quarterly variance reporting.
- Improve planning and reporting processes and prepare executive and board reporting.
