Owns lease and prepaid accounting, reconciliations, and close activities, while supporting reporting, audits, and cross-functional finance work.
What you'll do
- Review and record lease agreements and modifications in LeaseQuery; reconcile lease activity, liabilities, and ROU assets to the general ledger.
- Reconcile prepaid expenses and prepare monthly and year-to-date prepaid asset waterfalls across consolidated entities.
- Prepare close journal entries, support reporting and fluctuation analysis, and assist with audits and due diligence.
