What you'll do
- Lead and develop the material and production planning team; drive S&OP, master production scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Manage material readiness, shortages, inventory health, and supplier constraints to maintain production flow.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning, new product introductions, ERP/MRP systems, operational metrics, and continuous improvement.
