About the job
Owns the standards, service levels, deployment acceptance, integrations, and ongoing operation of Crusoe’s physical security systems across multiple sites.
What you'll do
- Set system standards and SLAs, validate systems at acceptance, and manage operational handoff.
- Operate and integrate physical security platforms; maintain device lifecycle, firmware, patching, and health monitoring.
- Coordinate with IT, Network Engineering, GSOC, and other teams on system health, audit evidence, and incident support.
