Helps enterprise customers evaluate and deploy AI/ML workloads on Crusoe Cloud’s GPU infrastructure through technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, troubleshooting, and post-sale handoffs.
What you'll do
- Deliver customer demos and build proof-of-concept environments with defined success criteria.
- Support technical discovery and deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
- Document product issues and customer feedback, and prepare handoff documentation for customer success teams.
