What you'll do
- Define BMC architecture and lead firmware bring-up, build and release engineering, and security across server platforms.
- Lead ODM/OEM technical partnerships and improve production telemetry, reliability, and firmware update practices.
- Hire, mentor, and scale the BMC engineering team and inform hardware roadmap decisions.

- Hands-on expertise with a production BMC stack (OpenBMC, AMI MegaRAC, or equivalent), including embedded Linux, U-Boot, and device tree.

- Strong C/C++ on embedded Linux; familiarity with Python or shell; deep knowledge of IPMI 2.0, Redfish, PLDM, MCTP, NC-SI, and BMC-to-host interfaces.
