About the job
Leads end-to-end hardware development and new product introduction for Crusoe’s Spark modular data centers, coordinating design, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams from concept through mass production.
What you'll do
- Manage Spark development program scope, schedule, budget, requirements, and design-to-Bill of Materials (BoM) process.
- Coordinate NPI, configuration and revision control, and manufacturing readiness for prototypes and first-of-a-kind builds.
- Orchestrate internal teams and contractors, run design reviews, mitigate risks, and report project status and critical paths.

- Demonstrated expertise leading FMEA and risk tracking; experience with scheduling software and stage-gate processes.
