Own complex technical hiring from requisition activation through offer acceptance, partnering with senior leaders to recruit and close talent from senior individual-contributor through director level.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and develop and adapt strategies for each search.
- Advise hiring managers and executive stakeholders on role definitions, market trends, candidate leveling, and business-aligned hiring.
