What you'll do
- Develop and run proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines across technical domains; conduct initial candidate conversations and manage top-of-funnel experience.
- Advise hiring partners on candidate profiles, market trends, talent supply, and search strategy; track sourcing metrics and maintain pipeline data in Ashby.
- Mentor sourcers and recruiters and share best practices.
