Owns workplace operations and employee experience across Crusoe’s distributed Spark and colocation data center sites, building standards, systems, vendor relationships, and teams.
What you'll do
- Build and standardize the workplace program, including site mobilization playbooks and remote operations systems.
- Manage site operations, vendors, landlord relationships, budgets, amenities, and employee and visitor experience.
- Hire and develop the workplace coordinator team and travel to sites for mobilizations, visits, and quality checks.
